This is a paid digital travel-planning service for international visitors coming to China. After you submit your trip details and complete payment, we prepare a personalized China travel plan based on your cities, dates, budget, pace, interests, and practical arrival needs.

The final deliverable is usually a customized PDF plan sent by email, WhatsApp, or another channel confirmed by both sides.

1. What This Service Is Best For

  • First-time travelers to China;
  • Visa-free or transit travelers with limited time;
  • Visitors who want help with route design, transport planning, hotel area suggestions, payment app setup, and day-by-day scheduling.

2. Service Flow

  1. You submit your trip request online;
  2. You complete payment for the order;
  3. We review your dates, group size, cities, budget, interests, and special requirements;
  4. We usually prepare and deliver your personalized plan within 24 hours after payment and after receiving the basic information needed to complete the work.

3. What Your Order Includes

  • One customized China travel-planning PDF prepared for your order;
  • One round of order-related clarification or follow-up communication;
  • Practical planning guidance such as route logic, city sequencing, transport suggestions, hotel area direction, experience ideas, and travel reminders as reflected in the final file.

The included follow-up communication means one order-related clarification, delivery follow-up, or necessary confirmation. It does not mean unlimited revisions, long-term consulting, or a full remake of the plan.

4. What Is Not Automatically Included

Unless separately agreed in writing, the order itself does not automatically include:

  • Ticketing, hotel booking, visa handling, insurance, or agency execution services;
  • Offline guide, driver, escort, airport transfer, or ground reception services;
  • Unlimited revisions, ongoing managed support, or long-term concierge service.

5. Delivery Timing

We usually deliver within 24 hours after successful payment and after receiving the essential information needed to prepare the plan. Delivery may reasonably take longer during holidays, when a request is unusually complex, when information is incomplete, when we cannot reach you in time, or for other objective reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you updated through the contact details provided.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • You should provide true, accurate, and complete trip information and review your email or consultant messages in time;
  • Incomplete or inaccurate information, or failure to respond, may affect delivery timing and planning accuracy;
  • You may not resell, republish, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the delivered file beyond lawful personal use.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for your original materials or third-party content that legally belongs to others, the structure, wording, arrangement, layout, and related content of the delivered plan remain owned by the operator or lawful rights holder. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the delivered file for your own trip-planning purpose.
